From London this Trad Band's repertoire includes not only standard blues, stomps, marches but also a dash of latin, boogie, some ballads and even a waltz or two.

Inspired by the Great American Songbook, popular Dixieland and small band swing numbers, they play the music of Louis Armstrong, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman and others.

  The Neil Maya Quartet
One of the South West's most talented and exciting modern and contemporary jazz groups.  They play a mixture of jazz standards and some of their own compositions.

Directed by Neil Maya, the band is made up of some of the most talented students in the college, who have a natural flair and passion for the music.

Pianist Alex Christaki and bassist Rod Chambers brilliantly perform an unusual and exciting mix of their own jazzed up  interpretations of classical themes, jazz standards, music from the shows plus a few 'pop tunes'.

An outstanding Organ and guitar based trio playing a potent melting pot of Jazz, New Orleans blues and boogie.

The group features the brilliant Craig Milverton on organ, award winning Julian Piper on blues guitar and Andy Mills on drums.
